During this inspiring course, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of Mexican cuisine – rich in aromas, colors, and flavors. Under the guidance of professional chefs, you’ll prepare authentic dishes combining tradition and modern vision. You’ll explore classic and contemporary Mexican recipes, selected ingredients, and flavorful spices, as well as techniques you can apply at home.

During the course, you will prepare:

  • Chicken and Avocado Tacos – Soft tortillas filled with tender chicken and creamy avocado, seasoned with Mexican spices.

  • Chili Con Carne – A spicy dish with ground beef, chili, beans, and spices for deep flavor.

  • Fajitas – Juicy grilled meat served with tortillas and fresh garnishes.
