Accommodation is in private villas for up to four adults - perfect for shared moments with a loved one or close friends. Each villa features its own outdoor jacuzzi under the open sky, along with access to a traditional sauna or herbal steam barrel - an experience designed to relax the body and recharge the mind.

The culinary experience is also part of the magic - the on-site restaurant welcomes you with homemade dishes inspired by local traditions, seasonal vegetarian and vegan options, tempting desserts, and aromatic coffee. On weekends, enjoy a special open-air barbecue experience.

One week before your trip, you will receive two letters. The first contains general information about weather conditions, food, suitable clothing, distance, and travel time to your destination. Important: Prices are valid for accommodation within the specified period. If you hold a voucher purchased earlier but still within its validity, a surcharge may apply based on current conditions. The hotel reserves the right to set different prices during public holidays and may not accept reservations for those dates.

Envelope delivery: The envelopes are sent via email a few days before the experience.

Cancellation policy:

1. In case of cancellation of the trip by Gift Come True or the tour operator, the full amount paid will be refunded.

2. Changes to confirmed reservations are possible up to 30 calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing by the client. No exceptions apply.
   Details regarding changes and cancellations are handled directly with the tour operator.
   A one-time fee of €50 applies.

2.1. Changes made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival are subject to an additional €50 per person.

2.2. Changes within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
A free name change for travelers/voucher holders is possible up to 24 hours before arrival.

2.3. In case of a confirmed reservation where guests fail to arrive on the scheduled date without notifying the tour operator in advance, no changes, rescheduling, or refunds will be accepted.

2.4. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure due to valid reasons/force majeure, and upon presentation of written proof, up to 50% of the accommodation cost may be retained by the tour operator for trips within Bulgaria. The travel date cannot be rescheduled.
