In this course, you will learn how to prepare:
- Jamaican Jerk Chicken – The legendary Jamaican chicken marinated with allspice, thyme, ginger, and chili peppers — spicy, aromatic, and full of character.
- Rice and Peas – The Caribbean’s most beloved side dish — fluffy rice with red beans, coconut milk, and fragrant spices.
- Mango Salsa – A colorful salad of mango, lime, and chili peppers that brings tropical sweetness and vibrant freshness.
- Croquetas de Jamón – Crispy Cuban croquettes with a delicate creamy center and rich ham flavor.
- Cou-Cou and Flying Fish – The national dish of Barbados — delicate fish served over a silky cornmeal and okra side dish.
- Jamaican Sweet Potato Cake-Pudding – A rich, aromatic, and irresistibly indulgent dessert made with sweet potatoes, coconut milk, and spices — a true taste of Caribbean comfort.
