The Secret Journey: An Eco Home Inspired by Nature

The restaurant will become one of your favorite spots — here you will find eco-friendly food, bold recipes, and dishes prepared personally by the host, with attention to detail and respect for tradition.

Important:

• The voucher is valid for one year.
• The price of the experience is valid for six months from the date of purchase; after this period, an additional fee may apply.
• The price listed applies for accommodation within the specified period; outside of it, a surcharge may apply according to current conditions.
• Delivery of the envelopes is via email a few days before the experience.

• One week before your trip, you will receive two digital letters: the first contains general information about weather conditions, food, suitable clothing, distance in kilometers, and travel time to the destination; the second contains directions to your secret destination. We recommend opening the second letter on the day of departure and following the instructions step by step to ensure your surprise is complete.
• Children up to 6 years old stay for free.
• Accommodation with pets requires an additional fee of 40 BGN for two nights.

Cancellation policy:

1. In the event of cancellation of the trip and its termination by Gift Come True or the TOUR OPERATOR – the amount paid for the trip will be refunded.

2. Changes to confirmed reservations are possible no later than 30 calendar days before the date of arrival. Any cancellation or change to a reservation must be requested in writing by the client. No exceptions. Details on changes and cancellations are discussed directly with the TOUR OPERATOR.
   A one-time fee of 100 BGN in total will be charged.
   2.1. Change of travel date within 30 to 7 days before arrival is charged an additional 100 BGN per person.
   2.2. For changes within 7 days before departure, the amount is non-refundable, and the reservation is non-transferable.
   Free change of the names of travelers/voucher recipients is possible up to 24 hours before arrival.

3. In the event of a confirmed reservation where travelers do not arrive on the specified day without notifying the TOUR OPERATOR of a possible delay, NO CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION, DATE TRANSFERS, OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

4. In the case of cancellation less than 7 calendar days before arrival, no-show on the specified day, or early departure of travelers for VALID REASONS/FORCE MAJEURE circumstances and presentation of a written document for this by the client, up to 50% of the accommodation amount for trips in Bulgaria will be withheld by the TOUR OPERATOR. The travel date cannot be transferred.
