• 7-course dinner – Embark on a true culinary journey with a seven-course tasting menu, where each dish is expertly paired with selected wines.     • Amuse-bouche – homemade éclairs with truffle cream and Prosciutto di Parma, tartlets with green apples and sturgeon caviar, savoury macaron with asparagus and Brie cheese; Whispering Angel, Château d'Esclans.
    • Cold starter – gravlax of salmon trout with raspberries, pistachios, cucumber and salad.
