In this special cooking course, you will immerse yourself in the richness of traditional Bulgarian cuisine and rediscover forgotten recipes that preserve the spirit of the country's culinary heritage. Using authentic Bulgarian ingredients and time-honoured techniques, you will prepare dishes with care, attention, and respect for tradition.

During the course you will prepare:

  • Gyuzleme on a Clay Griddle with Walnut and Samardala Spread – golden and crisp on the outside, soft and aromatic on the inside, served with a traditional spread of walnuts and samardala, bringing the fresh flavours of spring and the Bulgarian mountains.
  • Roasted Green Tomato Salad with Dill and Garlic – lightly smoky, juicy, and pleasantly tangy, combined with fresh dill and garlic for a vibrant and refreshing taste.
  • Creamy Nettle Porridge with Sheep's Cheese and Egg – warm, velvety, and deeply comforting, a classic springtime dish that nourishes both body and soul.
  • Beef Chumlek with Prunes Baked in a Clay Pot with a Crispy Pastry Crust – slow-cooked until meltingly tender, with a rich sauce and subtle sweetness from dried prunes, sealed beneath a crisp golden pastry crust.
  • Lamb Sarma Kebab – juicy, flavourful, and richly seasoned, with aromatic spices that unfold in every bite – a traditional dish full of character and depth.
  • Halva with Nuts and Apricots – fragrant and richly layered in flavour, offering warmth and comfort in dessert form.
  • Svilengrad-Style Malebi – smooth, silky, and delicately sweet, with subtle Oriental notes, providing an elegant and refined finish to the meal.

When will I receive my voucher?

How do I use my voucher?

From our main menu, select the "reservation" button. Fill in the form with the date and time you want. Our partners usually respond within 3 business days after a registration request is received. Expect feedback from us by email within these 3 business days. It is advisable to make the inquiry at least 7 days before the desired date.
