• The prices listed in this offer are valid for accommodation during the specified period. If you have a voucher purchased before this period that is still within its validity, an additional charge may apply according to the current rates.
• The hotel reserves the right to set different prices for public and national holidays and may not accept reservations during those periods.
• The mystery envelopes will be delivered by email a few days before your experience.
• The listed price is not valid for stays during national and public holidays.

• One week before your trip, you will receive two digital letters. The first contains general information about the weather, meals, recommended clothing, travel distance, and estimated driving time to your destination. The second contains directions to your secret destination.
• We recommend opening the second letter on the day of your departure and following the instructions step by step to enjoy the full surprise.

Cancellation policy:

• If the trip is cancelled by Gift Come True or the tour operator, the full amount paid for the trip will be refunded.
• Confirmed reservations may be changed no later than 30 calendar days before the arrival date.
  
• Any cancellation or reservation change must be submitted in writing by the customer.
• No exceptions will be made. Details regarding changes and cancellations are handled directly with the tour operator.
• A one-time administration fee of €50 will be charged.

2.1. Changing the departure date between 30 and 7 days before arrival is subject to an additional fee of €50 per person.

2.2. If the reservation is changed within 7 days before departure, the amount paid is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be transferred.
A free change of the traveller's name or voucher recipient is possible up to 24 hours before check-in.

If guests fail to arrive on the confirmed date without notifying the tour operator in advance of a possible delay, no changes to the reservation, date transfers, or refunds will be accepted.
In the event of cancellation less than 7 calendar days before arrival, failure to arrive, or early departure due to valid reasons or force majeure, supported by official written documentation provided by the customer, the tour operator reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the accommodation amount for trips within Bulgaria. The travel date cannot be transferred.
