On it you will feel the spirit of this perhaps the most romantic wine and culinary part of France and taste some of the best rosés on our market. The wonderful wines will be combined with legendary dishes – sweet and salty masterpieces that we will prepare together.
Together we will make:
- Buyabes Nisoise
- Gratin from vegetables with goat cheese and thyme
- Provencal quiche with bacon and chanterelle mushrooms
- Rabbit with mushrooms, thyme and saffron
- Madeleine with almonds and lavender
