Join a special culinary course in celebration of Valentine’s Day with Italian chef Michele Bellotto, who will immerse you in the magic of classic Italian cuisine!
On this exceptional day, you will prepare five dishes that combine a love for food with a romantic atmosphere.


During the course you will prepare:

  • Gamberi Mandorlati – Almond shrimp, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside
  • Filetti di maiale alle pere con vino bianco – Tender pork fillet with pears and white wine
  • Asparagi avvolti nella pancetta – Asparagus wrapped in pancetta, a perfect balance of freshness and salty flavor
  • Risotto allo prosecco e zafferano – Creamy risotto with prosecco and saffron, captivating with its delicate taste
  • Tiramisu con fragole e rosa – Magical tiramisu with strawberries and roses
