Whether you’re prepping for a big life event or just overwhelmed by everyday demands, Beat Stress offers three therapeutic packages:

• Tension Package  (25 min): Ideal for mild stress, such as pre-exam nerves or first-date jitters. Includes 1 large object + up to 15 smaller ones.
  
• Anger Package  (30 min): For the multitasker whose heart races under the pressure of too many responsibilities. Includes 1 large, 1 medium, and 15 small objects.
  
• Annihilation Package  (40 min): Designed for complete emotional burnout. Feel the relief as you smash 2 large, 1 medium, and 20 small items.

Important: Please wear closed shoes and appropriate clothing. Participants sign a declaration and underage participants need signature from a parent. 

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is possible up to 6 hours before the booking. In case of a second cancellation or a no-show, the whole sum of the voucher is due.
