Cancellation conditions valid for the package:

• In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before the date of check-in, the prepaid amount is refunded by the hotel
• In case of cancellation of the reservation 7 days or less until the date of check-in, the prepaid amount is retained by the Hotel as a penalty
• In case of shortening the stay at the hotel, the client owes a penalty of 1 night
• The hotel reserves the right to offer different packages during national and public holidays
