A good steak is the purest pleasure for any meat lover! In this course, you will learn both the theory and the secrets of modern top chefs for preparing perfect steaks. You will experience the incredible taste and texture of exceptional cuts of meat – from different breeds and parts, cooked in various ways.

During the course, you will prepare:

  • Dry-aged ribeye roll steak with aromatic herb butter from three origins (Bulgaria, USA, South America)

  • Denver steak Black Angus from Nebraska

  • Butcher’s steak Black Angus from Nebraska in Thai style

  • T-bone steak Limousin

  • Flat iron steak

  • Flank steak

  • Steak sauce with pickled green pepper and cognac

Each participant will receive a black-and-white copy of the recipes during the course and a full-color digital recipe booklet afterward.
