During the course, you will prepare:

  • Salad with watermelon, cucumber, feta and sesame dressing- a perfect combination of freshness, sweetness and lightness with a gentle Asian touch Gazpacho with avocado and basil, served in an ice bowl: a classic cold soup with a modern and refreshing finish
  • Summer vegetable rolls with peanut sauce: light, colorful and perfect for summer
  • Stuffed peppers with pesto, quinoa, tomatoes and cheese: a wonderful light and nutritious main course, rich in colors and flavors
  • Cream with raspberries, blackberries, yogurt and crunchy oatmeal: a summer dessert that will impress you with the tenderness and freshness of the cream and berries and the crunchiness of the oatmeal
