A Colorful Feast and an Incredible Balance of Flavors, Colors, and Aromas – That’s What Thai Cuisine Is All About.

Treat yourself (or someone special) to an experience that will immerse you in the secrets of combining Thai flavors and exploring inspiring culinary techniques.

Together with Chef Aoy Wanichkam, you’ll prepare some of the most iconic dishes of Thai cuisine.

In the course, you will prepare:

  • Pad Thai – The most famous Thai dish, which each participant will prepare in pairs, with guidance from Chef Oi

  • Tom Kha Gai – Thai coconut chicken soup – mildly spicy and incredibly aromatic, with galangal, lemongrass, and lime

  • Thai Jasmine Rice – The perfect companion to any Thai dish

  • Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables – A colorful selection of fresh vegetables, stir-fried in a wok with Thai sauce

Each participant receives:

  • Printed recipes with precise instructions

  • Practical tips for working with Thai ingredients

  • The chance to cook side by side with a Thai chef

  • A glass or two of good wine

When will I receive my voucher?
