If you are a fan of Thai cuisine and want to immerse yourself in its authentic essence, treat yourself to an experience led by Thai chef Aoy – straight from the heart of Thailand.
During the course, you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare and taste traditional Thai dishes using authentic ingredients.


During the course, you will prepare:

  • Pad Thai – the most famous Thai dish, which each participant will prepare individually in pairs, guided by Chef Aoy
  • Tom Kha Gai – Thai coconut soup with chicken, slightly spicy and extremely aromatic, with galangal, lemongrass, and lime
  • Thai jasmine rice – the perfect companion for any Thai dish
  • Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables – a colorful selection of fresh vegetables cooked in a wok with Thai sauce

Each participant receives:

  • Printed recipes with precise instructions
  • Practical tips for working with Thai ingredients
  • The opportunity to work side by side with a Thai chef
  • A glass or two of good wine

When will I receive my voucher?

How do I use my voucher?
