The Secret Trip. A special SPA experience in the mountain

The place is suitable for a variety of outdoor activities - mountain hikes, eco-trails, skiing activities. There is also a SPA center with an indoor pool, steam bath and sauna. The destination has its own restaurant, which is ready to surprise you with delicious temptations for lunch and dinner. An ideal place for hot summer days, and cold winter days.

Important:

• The price of this offer is valid for 6 months from the date it was purchased. After this period, an additional payment may be requested.
• The price may differ on national and official holidays. Please inquire in advance should you wish to use this voucher on a national or an official holiday. 
• Prices of this offer are valid fot the specified period. If you have a valid voucher would like to use it, after this period - additional payment may be required, according to the current prices. 
• One week before the trip, you’ll receive two digital letters. The first one contains overall information for: weather conditions, food, clothes you need to take, exact distance (in km) to the location. The second letter contains detailed directions for the destination. We recommend you open the second letter on the very day of your trip and to follow all steps to fully enjoy the surprise!
• Delivery of the letters- by mail, a few days before the experience
• Children under 5 are accommodated for free
• The studio and double room accommodate 2 people, while the apartment offers two separate bedrooms, accommodating 4 people.

Cancellation terms:

1. In case of cancellation and termination of the trip by Gift Come True or TOUR OPERATOR, the amount for the trip will be refunded.

2. Changes to confirmed reservations are possible, but no later than 30 calendar days before the date of arrival of tourists for trips in Bulgaria and 90 days for trips abroad.
Any cancellation or change to a reservation must be requested in writing by the client. Exceptions are not allowed. A 100 BGN fee applies.
2.1 For changes to the departure date made 30 to 7 days before check-in, an additional fee of 100 BGN per person will apply; however, this option may not be available for all packages. For international travel, 100% of the amount will be retained.
2.2 For changes within 7 days of departure, the reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Free change of traveller/voucher recipient names is possible within 24 hours before check-in

3. Where a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date, or where tourists fail to arrive on the date agreed, or leave early FOR A GOOD REASON/on account of a FORCE MAJEURE, and furnish a written document in support thereof, should be deducted up to 50% of the accommodation amount for trips in Bulgaria by the TOUR OPERATOR. For trips abroad, 100% of the amount is deducted.
