Lecturer: Chef Nikolay Nemigenchev
Chef Nikolay Nemigenchev is a lawyer by education and a chef by passion. His love for cooking began in early childhood. Today, he leads culinary workshops for amateur cooks, works on projects involving tasting dinners in Bulgaria and abroad, and is the founder of a business that promotes gourmet street food. He is committed to breaking the myth that street food equals junk food, proving it can be fine dining.
He is also a board member of the Association for Accessible and Quality Food, acting as a mediator between government, businesses, and consumers. This association is the only Bulgarian member of SAFE Food Advocacy Europe, a trusted body of the European Commission on food quality issues.
Chef Nemigenchev holds a degree in food safety engineering from UFT and believes in the "farm-to-table" philosophy as the foundation for placing Bulgaria on the global culinary map. Every weekend, he is a culinary host on the BTV morning show and also leads a culinary segment on BTV Radio.

Important: The course takes place in a group of min. 6 participants.
The course format includes ACTIVE cooking by each participant, rather than just a demonstration of dish preparation. The course recreates a real working environment with its dynamics and specific characteristics. The duration of the course may vary depending on the pace of the participants, which means it may last longer than announced. The course is recommended for people with an interest in cooking who are ready to carry out the tasks assigned by the Head Chef during the training.
An alcoholic beverage is served at the end of the course, once the dishes are completed and participants taste what they have prepared. This means that during the actual cooking process, alcoholic beverages are not served in order to ensure maximum concentration and a safe environment.
The voucher is valid for one participant.
