If you want to fill your senses with exquisite tastes and feel the atmosphere of the capital of Austria, welcome on a culinary trip to Vienna. Together we will immerse ourselves in the world of the tastes of the state of princesses and beauty and find out why Vienna is considered the capital of culinary exquisiteness. We will learn about the special products and traditions that make Viennese cuisine so unique.
On the course we will enjoy the classic Viennese dishes.

At the course together we will prepare:

  • Wiener Schnitzel – Viennese veal schnitzel
  • Wiener Forelle – crispy trout in Viennese
  • Potato salad in Viennese
  • Austrian cucumber and dill salad
  • Käsespätzle- fresh pasta spätzle with alpine cheese and crispy onions
  • Gemüsestrudel -gentle strudel with vegetable filling
  • Mohr im Hemd – chocolate soufflé with ice cream and gentle sauce

Location: Culinary School "Menu", ul. Maestro Mihail Milkov 6-8, Sofia

When will I receive my voucher?
