CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.

• Within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the complex reserves the right to retain the deposit received for the reservation.

• In case of early termination of the stay, the paid amount is non-refundable.

COMPLEX POLICY

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM.

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel and houses.

• The hotel reserves the right to apply prices different from those listed during official holidays and may not accept reservations on those dates.
