Following the practice of classical asanas, combined with conscious breathing, the practice is suitable for beginners and intermediates. Moving and warming up major muscle groups at the beginning of the practice, will help with different asanas. As a result, this will strengthen different muscle groups, increase blood circulation and with the help of breathing exercises we will calm the mind and regulate breathing, returning it to its normal stream. We will finish with a full yogic relaxation for relaxation and the effect of the entire practice on the body, mind and spirit.

And all this combined with the healing, balancing and relaxing properties of Salt Therapy.

The experience includes:

  • Single yoga practice, package of 5 or 10 practices. Please choose from the drop-down menu.
  • 60 min. yoga practice
  • Halotherapy in a salt room

Date and time: Every Wednesday at 6:45PM or Every Saturday at 11 AM

Location: Salt room “Salty Fantasy”, Sofia, 75A Andrey Saharov blvd.
Important: The yoga practice is suitable also for adults who are beginners. The course takes place with minimum 2 participants. Duration: 60 minutes.

When will I receive my voucher?

Purchased and paid online vouchers are automatically sent to the e-mail specified by you within just a few moments, 24/7.

Purchased on working days until 4:00 p.m. vouchers in an envelope or box are sent with the courier company Speedy to the address specified by you. Delivery usually takes 1 working day.

How do I use my voucher?
