In this class, we follow in the footsteps of Georges-Auguste Escoffier – a French chef who laid the foundations of the culinary traditions of the 20th century and classic French cuisine. Auguste Escoffier believes that sauces are the basis of the uniqueness of dishes and that the focus is on taste, nutritional qualities and lightness.
Together with Nikolay Nemigenchev you will dive deep into the philosophy and practice of preparing classic French dishes.
