When we think of something delicious, we can't help but think of the joy of eating outdoors during nice warm days. Let's keep the tradition of gathering with our families and friends around the barbecue and enjoying delicious food!
In the "Balkan BBQ" course, you will learn iconic recipes, mouth-watering dishes such as Serbian ushtipci, sujuk, different types of meatballs, adana kebab, Greek souvlaki, and seafood delicacies cooked to perfection on our grill. Of course, we have also selected interesting proposals for side dishes - appetizers, grilled vegetables, and other surprises. For a grand finale, the dessert will also be prepared on the barbecue!
Together with chef Vladimir Petkov and chef Yuri Velev, you will test your imagination and create wonderful culinary delights using only fresh products and local ingredients.
