According to an old Bulgarian tradition, pork is a mandatory participant in all festive tables, but especially on New Year's Eve, and roast turkey is traditional for America and Europe and is increasingly appearing in our country.
If you want more ideas for incredibly tasty and beautiful pork dishes, to learn the secrets of juicy roasted turkey and the most delicious side dishes, welcome to the course Festive dishes with pork and turkey meat.

Lecturer: Chef Ivelina Ivanova

On the course together we will prepare:

  • Pork shoulder marinated with herbs and spices, baked with pears and cranberries with dark chocolate sauce
  • Stuffed pork chops with caramelized onions and parmigiano
  • Pork tenderloin with potato and truffle mousse
  • Stuffed turkey fillet with pesto, mozzarella and bacon
  • Juicy stuffed Christmas turkey
  • Garnish with chestnuts, leeks, sun-dried tomatoes and sage
  • Garnish – "Christmas trees" of grilled potatoes, beets and sheep's cheese

Time: from 10:00 to 16:00

When will I receive my voucher?
