Especially for you we have chosen a different menu from what we are used to seeing in traditional recipes - Mediterranean meat or vegetarian cuisine prepared with Bulgarian organic products.

Menu 1: meat

• Decomposed bruschetta of black bread with sourdough and activated charcoal, scrambled eggs, fresh avocado, buffalo mozzarella and Bulgarian black truffle /280 g/
• Chicken meatballs on spicy hummus with dried tomato /280 g/
• Kritaraki with sweet potato cream, smoked scamorza and coarsely chopped horse meat /300 g/
• Signature gyros - wholemeal bread with Iberico pork, red onion confit, tomatoes and three types of sauces - soy mayonnaise with truffle, tzatziki with yogurt and seaweed and spicy homemade lutenica 380 g.
• Provençal dessert with yogurt, almond marzipan, Belgian chocolate and dried blueberries /150 g/
• Bottle of wine - choose from a selection of quality Italian wines

Menu 2: Vegetarian

• Decomposed bruschetta of black bread with sourdough and activated charcoal, scrambled eggs, fresh avocado, buffalo mozzarella and Bulgarian black truffle /280 g/
• Avocado tartar, fresh zucchini, leek and fresh mushroom/150 g/
• Kritaraki with asparagus, fresh mushrooms and truffle /300 g/
• Celery risotto with fresh asparagus, purple carrot and parmesan /300 g/
• Provençal dessert with yogurt, almond marzipan, Belgian chocolate and dried blueberries /150 g/
• Bottle of wine - choose from a selection of quality Italian wines
