- Classic Beef Charolais Beef Tartare grown in Omaya Farm, Divlya Village, with capers, shallots, mustard and egg yolk
-Kritharaki with sweet potatoe and scamorza
- Slow-cooked meat from the specially selected "Boer / less fat chicken" meat breed /, from the Rhodope Mountains, with fresh potatoes and fresh salad
- Provencal dessert with yogurt, almond marzipan, Belgian chocolate and dried blueberries
