Holistic singing class with Floralyn and halotherapy

Indulge in relaxation by ... singing! Holistic singing is a practice aiming to make you to relax to the point, where you can release your voice to its full capacity, without fear or prejudice. This benefits your emotional state, mental state and even health. Singing helps us get to know ourselves and our own unique vibration, to feel confident, strong and free in every respect. On a physical level, the practice is extremely beneficial for the lungs, the thyroid, sinuses and the brain. It also helps in relieving menstrual cramps as it activates the feminine part in women.

Holistic singing can mentally free us from stress and negative thoughts. On a spiritual level, it helps us connect with others, listen and be heard. This is a practice for balancing the fifth chakra, relaxing the voice and the nervous system. Deep breathing, confidence and vocal abilities are improved. It is also extremely useful for the thyroid gland and enhancing female energy. By practicing holistic singing in the salt room, we enable maximum relaxation of the vocal cords and increase lung capacity, resulting in improved breathing.

About the trainer: Tsvetelina Georgieva, or better known by her stage name - Floralyn, is a musical artist - performer, composer and producer. Tsvetelina is developing her own system for developing vocal capabilities in order to heal people's fear of speaking up and expressing their own authenticity and inner strength through their voice. She calls it Holistic Singing.
