Mediterranean appetizers

Perhaps the most beloved cuisine in the world is Mediterranean. Join us for a day filled with the aromas of the most delicious appetizers from Italy, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, and Spain, and enrich your culinary skills with new and exciting recipes!

During the course you will prepare:

• Stuffed breaded olives: crispy on the outside and filled with a delicious stuffing
• Marinated vegetables with four colorful spreads:
  • roasted cauliflower and walnut spread
  • orange hummus with carrots and cumin
  • green spread with peas and mint
  • pink spread with beetroot, cumin, garlic, and tahini
• Spicy peppers with yogurt sauce: a spicy delight balanced with a refreshing dairy sauce
• Eggplants with tahini sauce, feta, and pomegranate: a combination of creamy tahini, salty feta, and sweet pomegranate
• Pideta with yogurt and walnut dip: traditional Turkish bread topped with a delicious walnut sauce
• Crispy calamari: perfectly fried calamari that will make you feel like you’re by the sea
