- Lobster Gratin Baked in Scallop Shells
- Roasted Open Dry-Brined Turkey
- Crispy Roasted Potatoes with Goose Fat and Rosemary
- Stuffed Pumpkin with Cranberries, Walnuts, Spinach, and Chorizo
- Christmas Chocolate Yule Log with Raspberries and Mint
