The menu for Christmas and New Year is a challenge for everyone. If you want to get fresh ideas and learn new culinary techniques from all over the world, you are welcome to enjoy the flavors of the Christmas season together. We will create a magical colorful menu that will bring pleasure and joy to all senses. We will prepare 6 incredibly tasty and attractive dishes that will surely shine on the holiday.

You will prepare:

  • Festive cocktail with mango gazpacho and skewer with Saint-Jacques mussels in Thai style
  • Cauliflower puree with truffles with Japanese mushrooms and poached egg
  • Pork rib crown with mustard, apples and shallots
  • Brussels sprouts with chorizo and chestnuts
  • New Year's Star – Festive Bread with Pumpkin and Saffron
  • Festive croquembouche cake with chestnut filling

Time: from 10:00 to 16:00
