At the course together we will prepare:

Causa – mini cakes of different varieties of potatoes filled with avocado and chicken fillet steamed or tuna
Ceviche – raw marinated fish
Pato Sampa – aromatic duck with batati puree and quinoa garnish
Picarones – Peruvian mushrooms with pumpkin and sweet potatoes in aromatic sauce
