The pie is not only one of the symbols of Bulgarian cuisine, but can be an endless field for creative culinary experiments with an incredibly tasty end.
If you want to experience the mystery of sharpening and pulling the crusts, see countless ideas for different types of crusts and fillings to taste traditional Bulgarian, Turkish, Greek and other exciting flavors of sweet and savoury delights in the form of a pie, come together to make and try 7 types of pies.

On the course together we will prepare:

  • Pie with rice crusts
  • Banitsa with smoked salmon and shrimp
  • Turkish water bjorek – banitsa with homemade bathed hand crusts
  • Pie on a pan with spinach, dried tomatoes and olives
  • Crispy patties with ham and gouda
  • Katmer – sweet pastry with minced meat and pistachios with hand-pulled crusts
  • Grilled sweet patties with nutella, blueberries and philadelphia
