Organic wines are produced without synthetic chemicals, herbicides and pesticides. Biodynamic wines, whose history began in the 1920s by Rudolf Steiner, follow the solar and lunar cycles and are produced with natural blends and infusions. And the natural wines are not filtered and have the natural terroir character of the wine, characterized by its rich minerality. You will learn these and other secrets about naturally produced wines in the pleasant atmosphere of Cellar 52.
