• Sparkling Wine: Prosecco from the Ana Spinato cellar, Veneto region

Paired with: Bruschetta with sourdough bread from Komat bakery with tomatoes, Taggiasca olives and basil

• White Wine: Pinot Grigio variety, Antonuti Cellar, Friuli region

Paired with: Caprese salad - tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and homemade basil pesto

• Rosé wine from the region of Sicily, Colomba Bianca cellar, Nerello Mascalese variety

Paired with: Parmigiana – A classic Italian dish with eggplant, mozzarella, tomatoes and parmesan cheese

• Red Wine: Negroamaro variety from the Puglia region, Scola Sarmenti winery

Paired with: A seasonal meat dish. This dish can be also fish or vegeterian, upon request.

• Dessert wine from the Tuscany region, Poggio Caponi Cellar
