Upon cancellation of a Voucher with a confirmed booking, the Voucher amount is non-refundable.
In case the cancellation of the Voucher is within a period not longer than 15 days before the date of accommodation, the client is given the opportunity to reschedule the use of the Voucher within a period of 6 months, starting from the date of the canceled reservation.
