The secret journey: A romantic alpine escape

Three cosy Alpine-style cabins are available, designed to offer a relaxing getaway in nature. Each cabin features its own kitchenette, providing comfort and privacy, while the shared jacuzzi and sauna are the perfect places to unwind after a day full of adventures.

If you enjoy combining relaxation with new experiences, the Rila region offers wonderful opportunities for mountain hiking, horseback riding, ATV adventures, and winter sports.

Important Information:

• Minimum stay: 2 nights.

• Pets: Not allowed.

• Children aged 0–6: Stay free of charge.

• Additional guests: A third adult or a child over the age of 6 can be accommodated for an additional charge of €100. For two additional guests, the total surcharge is €200. Additional guests are accommodated on a sofa bed.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM.

• Check-out: By 12:00 PM.

The prices listed in the offer are valid for stays during the specified period. If you have a voucher purchased before this period that is still within its validity period, an additional payment may be required in accordance with the current terms and conditions. The hotel reserves the right to set prices different from those advertised for official public holidays and to decline reservations during these periods.

One week before your trip, you will receive two digital letters. The first will contain general information about the weather conditions, food, appropriate clothing, the distance in kilometres, and the estimated travel time to your final destination.

In the second letter, you will find directions to your secret destination. We recommend opening the second letter on the day of your departure and following the instructions step by step to ensure that the surprise remains a complete mystery until the very end.

Each cabin has its own kitchenette, and the homemade breakfast is a wonderful way to start each day in the mountains. If you would like to dine out, there are restaurants approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Gift Come True or the Tour Operator

In the event that the trip is cancelled and terminated by Gift Come True or the TOUR OPERATOR, the amount paid for the trip will be refunded.

2. Changes to Confirmed Reservations

Changes to confirmed reservations are possible, but no later than 30 calendar days before the guests' arrival date.

Any cancellation or change to a reservation must be submitted in writing by the customer. No exceptions are permitted.

Details regarding changes and cancellations must be discussed directly with the TOUR OPERATOR. A one-time fee of €50 in total will be charged.

2.1. Change of Departure Date Between 30 and 7 Days Before Arrival

Changing the departure date between 30 and 7 days before arrival incurs an additional fee of €50 per person.

2.2. Changes Within 7 Days Before Departure

For changes requested within 7 days before departure, the amount paid is non-refundable, and the reservation cannot be transferred to another date.

A change of the travellers' names or the voucher recipient's name is permitted free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

3. Failure to Arrive on the Scheduled Date

If a reservation has been requested and confirmed, but the guests fail to arrive on the scheduled date without having notified the TOUR OPERATOR in advance of a possible delay, no changes to the reservation, transfer to another date, or refund will be permitted.

4. Cancellation Within 7 Days Before Arrival, No-Show, or Early Departure

In the event of a reservation cancellation less than 7 calendar days before the arrival date, failure of the guests to arrive on the scheduled date, or early departure due to valid reasons or force majeure circumstances, provided that the customer submits written documentation confirming the circumstances, the TOUR OPERATOR may retain up to 50% of the accommodation amount for trips within Bulgaria.

The travel date cannot be transferred to another date.
