Children’s Cooking Class – Mom, Dad and Me Cook Together

Give yourself or your loved ones a delicious family adventure filled with creativity, smiles, and precious moments together! In the “Mom, Dad and Me Cook Together” culinary course, you and your child will roll up your sleeves, discover the magic of cooking, and create something truly special – delicious dishes prepared with lots of love and a pinch of imagination. Over the course of 3–4 hours, you will have fun, develop new culinary skills, and enjoy quality time together.

During the course, you will prepare:

• Roasted carrots with flavorful accompaniments – chickpea spread, fresh citrus dressing, and a delicate yogurt cream.
• Lasagna with classic Bolognese sauce.
• Financiers with whipped ganache and seasonal fruit confiture.

Lecturer: Chef Nikolay Nemigenchev

Chef Nikolay Nemigenchev is a lawyer by education and a chef by calling. Every Saturday and Sunday, he appears as a culinary host on bTV’s morning show. His passion for cooking dates back to early childhood. Today, he leads culinary courses for amateur cooks and works on projects involving tasting dinners in Bulgaria and abroad. He also owns a business focused on developing the concept of street food, challenging the common perception that street food has to be junk food and demonstrating that it can offer a fine-dining experience.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Accessible and Quality Food, which acts as a mediator between government institutions, businesses, and end consumers. The association is the only Bulgarian organization that is part of SAFE Food Advocacy Europe, a body highly trusted by the European Commission on matters concerning food quality. Chef Nemigenchev graduated from the University of Food Technologies with a degree in Food Safety Engineering. He believes in the potential of the farm-to-table concept, which he sees as fundamental to putting Bulgaria on the global culinary map.

Important: The experience takes place in a group of at least 6 participants.

The course involves ACTIVE cooking by every participant rather than simply watching a demonstration. It recreates a real professional kitchen environment, with all its pace and specific challenges. The duration of the course may vary depending on the participants’ pace, which means it may run longer than advertised. The course is recommended for people with an interest in cooking who are willing to follow the tasks and instructions assigned by the chef during the training.
