Children’s Pastry Class: Mini Tarts with Miglena Petrova

Treat yourself or your loved ones to a sweet culinary adventure filled with imagination, creativity, and lots of smiles! At Atelier Nemigenchev, young pastry enthusiasts will step into the role of real pastry chefs and create their own beautiful mini blueberry tarts. Under the guidance of Miglena Petrova, children will go through every step of the process, from making and shaping the shortcrust pastry to preparing the delicate blueberry-flavored cream and adding the final decorative touches. Every child will have the opportunity to unleash their imagination, learn new pastry-making skills, and turn their mini tarts into true culinary masterpieces.

During the course, you will prepare:

• Shortcrust pastry
• Delicate blueberry-flavored cream
• Decoration and creativity – every child will have the opportunity to unleash their imagination and turn their tart into a little pastry masterpiece.

The course is specially designed for children aged 7 to 14. In addition to learning new culinary skills, they will develop their dexterity, precision, and confidence as they create, experiment, and have fun.
