If you are a rice and risotto lover, this course is for you! Join a special culinary adventure led by Italian chef Michele Bellotto, who will reveal the secrets of rice and the perfect risotto.

 The course includes the preparation of:

  • Risotto ai frutti di mare – a delicate risotto with aromatic seafood, bringing the taste of the Mediterranean directly to your table
  • Risotto al radicchio – a rich and slightly tart taste, perfectly balanced with the creamy texture of the risotto
  • Risotto zucca e salsiccia – risotto with pumpkin and Italian sausages – a warm, rich, creamy and warming dish
  • Riso in brodo spinaci patate e rosmarino – rice in an aromatic broth with spinach, potatoes and rosemary – a light but satisfying dish, bringing the comfort of home
  • Torta di riso – a delicious and juicy rice cake
