Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or reservation changes up to 7 days before arrival – no penalty

• Cancellations or changes less than 7 days before arrival – a penalty of 1 full night for the booked accommodation

• Early departure before the booked date – a penalty of 1 full night

• Cancellations or changes must be made in writing and confirmed in writing by the hotel
