On the course together we will prepare:

  • Halloumopita – a favorite Cypriot breakfast of crispy dough and halloumi cheese filling with green onions and herbs
  • Eliopites – rolls with thin crispy crust and filling of aromatic olives, green onions and mint
  • Tsipopita – sweet pastry with crema, almonds / pistachios and aromatic syrup
  • Tahinopites – lean cookies with tahini, fatty, honey and cinnamon
  • Flaunes – rich Easter sweet bread from Cyprus filled with cheese, raisins, mahleb and cinnamon
  • Skaltsounia – tender Christmas meatless cookies filled with nuts, dried fruits and spices
  • Soufle – Greek breakfast with fluffy dough, béchamel sauce with kefalotiri and chicken/mushrooms

        When will I receive my voucher?
