Two-day workshop for making woven bracelets with hand-painted yarn in natural dyes

We will talk about the technique of weaving, about the materials used, about their dyeing, about tradition and the difference in tradition, about what excites us and makes us turn to it.

During the Chiprovtsi Carpet Festival, Chushkarcheto organized a two-day workshop for woven bracelets, such as:

Day 1 - April 27 (saturday) - participants will be introduced to the adventure to paint the yarn with natural dyes themselves, with which they will use the next day in making bracelets;

Day 2 - April 28 (Sunday) - the participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the carpet loom, the technique of Chiprovtsi carpet fabric and making their first steps in it will make woven bracelets themselves. This will be an unforgettable memory of the festival and a suitable gift for a loved one.

No prior skills are required! Just come and let your creativity guide you. 

Location: Chiprovtsi

The workshop will be held on 2nd floor. of the atelier-shop of Chushkarcheto, located in the center of the town. Chiprovtsi, opposite the Municipality building, next to the grocery store and the office of Easy pay. Children under 12 years have to be accompanied.
