Chef Ani Nguyen-Yarabanova will show you the skillful secrets of the Vietnamese culinary tradition.

 Together we will make:

  • Nộm salad (Hot salad with fresh vegetables and mangoes): Enrich your menu with the freshness of fresh vegetables, served with a great accent of hot-sour charm.

     

  • Phở Bò soup (Rice noodles with veal and aromatic broth): Heat your senses with Vietnamese flavors through this traditional soup with beef, rice noodles and rich aromatic broth. Immerse yourself in the temptation of the legendary crunchy and incredibly delicious spring rolls served with aromatic fish sauce.

     

  • Cơm Thịt Kho (Caramelized pork with eggs and rice): Try the Vietnamese version of caramelized pork accompanied by delicious eggs and rice.

     

  • Chè chuối (Coconut pudding with tapioca and banana pearls): Tocomplete the culinary experience with this sweet dessert combining coconut, tapioca pearls and fresh banana
